About this space
This cute rustic A-Frame house is the perfect getaway and it’s on the beach! It is located on the pedestrian beach which means there are no cars, roads, or obstructions between the house and the beach. The house has a seaside decor and an upstairs bedroom that kids of all ages love with its own private balcony. This home was featured in the 2010 issue of TEXAS HIGHWAY MAGAZINE.
Other things to note
There is Wifi and cable TV. I have not listed these as amenities because, although working almost all of the time, strong winds and nasty storms can knock these out from time to time. Please make sure you bring bottled water and ice because the city water tastes terrible. I recommend bringing sunscreen and mosquito repellent as well. If you need groceries, you can pick them up in Lake Jackson.
If you would like to drive on the beach or park near the beach, you will need a beach pass. If so, please stop by Valero gas station on the island to get your beach pass.
